Hi, I’m Clare James, Buyers Agent at Marvel Realty.  Here’s a little bit about me.


I have been an Australian Defence Force (ADF) wife for the past ten years.  I am well versed in the struggles faced by serving members and families alike, which is one of the reasons I was drawn to serving the wider ADF community.   

I support current and past ADF members and their families gain wealth and financial security through smart property investments with high rental yield and cash flow. Investing in real estate is still the lowest risk way to invest. Investors enjoy continuing high passive income.
